Wright Meetings::
This meeting is Wright Medical' flagship meeting in Europe. It’s held in Courchevel in the French Alps with around 200 delegates attending. As with all our meeting our first step is to give the meeting a strong visual identity. After that it’s about assessing the venue and finding the best way to present our clients content. This venue was a large theatre style room with very little in the way of technical equipment. After a site visit we drew up a plan and agreed what was needed as far as set/lighting and av equipment. This we then shipped out in two 7.5 tonne and constructed on site. As you can see from the images things worked our pretty well.
