Smith & Nephew:

This relatively small meeting of approx. 40 delegates was being held in London by our client. As with all of our conferences no matter what size our first step was creating a strong visual identity for the meeting creating invitations. Programmes etc. We then assessed the venue and worked with our client in how best to present the meeting through staging and A/V support. After agreeing we proceeded to get the staging constructed and setting up the necessary hardware needed to run the meeting in a seamless manner.
